Before Leaving Home
0/2
Send Chase a picture of the camera’s available photo/storage count before you leave.
Check the driving time and leave early enough to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session.
4
Upon Arrival
0/4
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. This allows the camera and lens to adjust to the outdoor temperature and helps prevent fogging or condensation.
Check the lens for fog, moisture, fingerprints, or smudges.
Confirm the camera settings are appropriate for the lighting.
Locate the client or send the day-of arrival text when appropriate.
5
Immediately After the Session
0/4
Send Chase a picture of the camera’s available photo/storage count immediately after the session.
Confirm that the number of photos taken looks appropriate for the session length.
Briefly review several photos to confirm they are properly exposed, in focus, and saved to the memory card.
Let Chase know immediately if anything unusual happened, including:
• The client arrived late
• The session ended early
• Weather affected the shoot
• The client made a different or additional request
• There was an equipment or memory-card issue
• You have any concerns about the images
6
Before Leaving the Location
0/3
Make sure all equipment is accounted for.
Keep the memory card inside the camera unless Chase instructs you otherwise.
Do not delete, format, transfer, edit, or share any images.
7
When You Get Home
0/2
Charge the camera battery immediately after every shoot, even if it still has plenty of charge remaining.
Make sure the camera and equipment are safely stored and ready for the next session.
